In the first session we begin by answering the big question about why in the world we all need to eat more plant based. I will personally walk you through the latest nutrition evidence that’s most relevant for you to be confident in your decision to feed your family more plants. We’ll also touch on the health benefits for kids and adults, sustainability, health disparities, and implications for COVID-19. That’s why I’ve made it my life’s mission to empower my fellow mamas with the tools they need to raise healthy, vibrant children who will eventually lead us into a brighter tomorrow.
