I'm a pediatrician, lifestyle medicine physician and proud mom. The thread that runs through my work is the fact that lifestyle habits are our MOST POWERFUL antidote to virtually everything that plagues us.
My mission is to empower fellow moms to carve out the necessary time to take as good care of themselves as their children. I love helping moms discover how to integrate wellness habits into their lives to show up as healthier, happier, more balanced mothers.
