Health Effects
The worsening chronic disease epidemics of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease are largely preventable - and begin with the foods we eat every day.
If you add more plants to your plate, you can reduce your risk of and potentially reverse these chronic diseases. Even better, you can feed your children more whole plant foods today to help them enjoy more disease-free years well into adulthood. This foundation of lifelong health begins with a single wholesome meal full of plants. Healthy, thriving kids grow into healthy, thriving adults!
